What is your manufacturing time?

Typically, I allow myself 2-3 weeks or 10 working days to complete a product. Some days I can finish early, but I never finish later. It also depends on the product; bigger products might have a longer manufacturing time. Note shipping is not included in manufacturing times, nor is the waiting list.

Why are shipping times different?​

Shipping time may differ for a range of reasons. The most common reason is the product. Keychain and small plushes are manufactured quicker than larger items. Also, due to items being made to order, there could be several people in front of you. On rare occasions, I could be waiting for a yarn shipment. Whatever the reason, rest assured knowing your shipping time is correct.

 

Where can I buy your products?

My products are available on this website as well as on Etsy. Pricing is the same across all avenues. You can make custom orders on all social media as well as on this website (click this link) or you can email.

Why are there so many options?

My business is surround around having your own plush your way. This means allowing certain sections to be customised to each person taste, to allow for this there are colour options for different sections. I understand this can make it harder to purchase, so if you need help drop me a message and I'll do my best to make it as easy as possible for you.

What if I want a different colour?​

I have tried my best to supply a list of a range of colours to suit most preferences but I understand there time where only certain colours will do. If you drop a message using the chat features i can work through finding the perfect colour for you. Please note these could affect manufacturing time and I cant guarentee to find the exact colour your wanting.

What if I want it a certain way?

While I can make minor adjustments to items, anything major will be viewed as a custom order and priced separately. For more information, please use the chat function to message me.

Do you do returns?

Returns are a tricky one, and one that is different for each situation. Returns are not out of the question but a full refund upon return of the item isnt guaranteed.

What if my item is faulty?

Faulty items are very rare. I work very hard to ensure my products don't break easily; however, in the rare occasion it does happen, you can either get a refund or a replacement. Both options are on the condition of returning the item and allowing an assessment to be carried out. Should the result say this was faulty, whatever option you have chosen shall be honoured with the return shipping payment. Should the damage look intentional, then the shipping will not be covered, but it item will be fixed and sent back with no further payment needed.

What if I change my mind?

This depends on the point of the project I am on. If you cancel your order before I have begun working, you will receive a full refund. If I have started the project, you can receive a partial refund (20% will be taken to cover costs). If I have finished the project, then no refund will be given. You can make changes to colours, but this must be before I start the project.

My PDF File isn't there?

This sounds like a technical issue. If you can provide screenshots of your order along with proof of payment to hooklineandcrafter@gmail.com, then I will work to resolve this issue ASAP

I purchased a PDF file when I wanted a toy.

Unfortunately, PDF files can't be returned, so a refund isn't possible. However, if you send proof of purchase to hooklineandcrafter@gmail.com, a 10% discount code can be created for your future purchase.

I purchased a toy instead of a PDF?

Please alert me to this error ASAP, the longer you take to alert me the less chances of a refund. If im alerted before I start making the toy then a full refund will be given, with instruction on buying the PDF. If you take too long and significant work has been made on the toy then only a partial refund will be offered.
